1. Pay the security deposit for the space that you want to occupy.
2. Sign the Leasing Contract (PDF) that you and our agent agreed on, and pay the first month of rent
3. Pay $125 for the key deposit.
4. Finally, we have a New Phone System (PDF) being installed for our tenants.
